Brandon Ferreira


As the business lead for VolkerGround Engineering, Brandon is considered a thought leader in the field of geotechnical engineering. 

With a long and varied history in the civil engineering and piling industry both in South Africa and the UK; Brandon oversees all business development and operations' activities at VolkerGround Engineering and has lead the team through an expansive and successful growth period in recent years. 

Brandon has strong business acumen and varied experience running specialist businesses. With an excellent track record in operational management - encompassing all aspects of project execution - Brandon provides a strong platform to strategically grow a sustainable, profitable business.

Brandon's focus at VolkerGround Engineering is on collaborative customer engagement, innovative cost effective solutions and developing and coordinating the implementation of strategic business plans.

David has worked at VolkerGround Engineering since 2012. A focused specialist civil engineer working within the ground engineering sector, David delivers value engineered solutions for a varied portfolio of clients. 

David is responsible for providing Temporary Works designs for tender and contract works.




Keith Ross

Project Director

With over 35 years’ experience, Keith previously worked at Balfour Beatty in Ground Engineering for 15 years, before joining VolkerGround Engineering in early October 2019.

With extensive experience in piling systems, strategic management, risk management, workforce development, cost control and effective delivery of product on site; Keith’s appointment is another decisive move for the business. VolkerGround Engineering have seen rapid expansion in 2019, thanks to equipment investment and involvement in multi-million-pound schemes such as Milburn Gate in Durham.
