VolkerGround Engineering at Hildenborough
The VolkerGround Engineering team recently mobilised to Hildenborough to support flood defence works for our client. Using our 23T zero tail swing excavator we installed AZ12-770 8.35m length piles and GU13N sheets of various lengths to form a cofferdam.
Due to the site’s restricted access and limited working room – only accessible via service and brook crossings – our compact 23T excavator was the ideal solution. The excavator allowed us to safely and efficiently complete the piling works in line with the clients specifications.
We’re proud of the teams adaptability and precision in delivering this critical phase of the project. Their efforts are helping to create a permanent flood defence that will reduce the risk of flooding to the local community.
